In my role as a logistics manager, I am responsible for the complete physical distribution and smooth flow of both inbound and outbound goods at VDL Smart Spaces. I oversee two team leaders and logistics teams who ensure the receipt of external suppliers, internal goods flow to production, and final delivery to customers. My focus is on process improvements and optimizing the layout to ensure efficient goods flow without delays. As an additional role, I am also a certified first-aider (BHV'er) and secretary of the Works Council at VDL Smart Spaces.
