As an HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Coordinator, I am responsible for leading the HSE department. Within the team, I serve as the primary point of contact for safety and environmental issues. I coordinate the Risk Inventory and Evaluation (RIE), the occupational health and safety management system, and provide advice on safe working practices with machinery, equipment, and hazardous substances. Additionally, I am the main contact for environmental matters, including energy and waste, and act as a liaison with the local municipality.

The HSE department consists of a quality service with two inspectors, a quality technician, and a quality engineer. Together, we ensure that our production meets customer requirements. We conduct inspections on incoming goods, along the production line, and perform final checks on the end product.

As a member of the management team, I provide advice on HSE matters and actively contribute to policy development. This allows me to contribute to ensuring a safe and sustainable work environment, while striving for quality in all our processes.
